We ship orders from Plovdiv, Bulgaria, using tracked delivery services.

The shipping rates below apply to parcels with a total packed weight between 1 kg and 3 kg.

The approximate weight of one product is around 500 g. The final parcel weight also includes the protective packaging and any additional products included in the order.

Delivery time

Estimated transit time within the European Union is approximately 5 - 7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland may be longer because of customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, remote-area delivery or circumstances outside our control.

Production time

Products may require preparation or production before dispatch.

The production time is separate from the courier transit time and is shown in the individual product description.

Carrier and tracking

European orders are shipped from Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Shipments within Europe are sent using Bulgarian Posts Interconnect or another suitable tracked delivery service.

A tracking number is provided after the order has been dispatched.

Taxes and customs duties

Orders delivered within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and other destinations outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges or local handling fees may be payable by the recipient.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated during checkout.

The listed shipping rates apply only to parcels with a total packed weight between 1 kg and 3 kg.

For orders exceeding 3 kg, the shipping cost is calculated according to the next applicable weight category and the destination country.
