Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Tracked delivery is available throughout Europe and to selected international destinations.

European shipments are generally sent using Bulgarian Posts Interconnect or another suitable tracked delivery service.

Shipping prices depend on:

• the destination country;

• the total packed weight;

• the number and size of the ordered products;

• the applicable carrier tariff.

Published European shipping rates apply to parcels with a total packed weight of up to 3 kg unless otherwise stated.

Estimated transit time within the European Union is generally 5 - 7 business days after dispatch.

Production time is separate from courier transit time and may vary depending on the product and order size.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges or local handling fees may apply. These charges are paid by the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

A tracking number is provided after the order has been dispatched.
