Shipping and Delivery Outside the European Union

We ship orders from Plovdiv, Bulgaria, to selected destinations outside the European Union using tracked international delivery services.

The shipping rates below apply to parcels with a total packed weight from 0.51 kg to 10 kg. Shipping prices are divided into three weight categories:

• From 0.51 kg to 3 kg

• Over 3 kg and up to 6 kg

• Over 6 kg and up to 10 kg

The approximate weight of one product is around 500 g. The final parcel weight also includes protective packaging and any additional products included in the order.

The applicable shipping price is calculated according to the total packed weight and the destination country.

For orders exceeding 10 kg, please contact us before placing your order so that the shipping cost can be calculated individually.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing.

International delivery outside the European Union generally takes longer than delivery within the EU. The estimated delivery period will be confirmed before dispatch whenever possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, remote-area delivery, local postal services or circumstances outside our control.

Production Time

Some products may require preparation or production before dispatch.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time and is shown in the individual product description.

When the order is ready, the customer will be notified at the email address provided with the order. The order will be dispatched within 48 hours after this notification.

If production or dispatch is delayed, the customer will be informed by email.

Carrier and Tracking

All orders are shipped from Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

International parcels are sent using Bulgarian Posts or another suitable tracked delivery service.

A tracking number is provided by email after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Cost Calculation

The shipping cost is calculated according to:

• The destination country

• The total packed weight of the order

• The applicable weight category

The applicable shipping cost is displayed or confirmed before payment.

The final packed weight may be higher than the combined weight of the products because it includes protective packaging and shipping materials.

Import VAT, Customs Duties and Local Charges

All destinations listed on this page are outside the European Union.

Import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges, postal handling fees or other local taxes may be payable by the recipient.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless explicitly stated during checkout.

The customer is responsible for checking and paying the applicable import charges in the destination country.

Orders Above 10 kg

The listed shipping rates apply only to parcels with a total packed weight of up to 10 kg.

For parcels exceeding 10 kg, the shipping cost is calculated individually according to the destination, total packed weight, dimensions and available delivery service.

Please contact us before placing a large clinic, distributor or wholesale order exceeding 10 kg.

Important Information

Shipping availability may change because of carrier restrictions, international sanctions, customs requirements, suspended postal routes or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping prices may be updated if the carrier changes its tariffs.

The final shipping cost and delivery availability displayed or confirmed before payment take priority over the indicative information published on this page.
