• Identification data - name and business details for B2B orders.
• Contact data - email, telephone, delivery address and invoicing address.
• Order data - products, quantities, dimensions, colours, custom specifications, payment and delivery.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

As of the date of this policy, the Seller does not use its own analytics or advertising tools which intentionally transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

If a provider uses a sub-processor outside the European Economic Area, data will be transferred only where an applicable safeguard is in place, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism.

6. Retention

• Order and contract data - for the period required to fulfil the contract, protect legal rights and comply with applicable limitation periods.
• Accounting and tax documents - for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
• Complaints and disputes - until final resolution and expiry of the applicable periods.
• Newsletter data - until consent is withdrawn or the recipient unsubscribes.
• Technical logs - for the period set by the platform and hosting provider and no longer than necessary for security, unless a security incident or legal obligation requires longer retention.

8. Required data

Data marked as required at checkout is necessary to accept, pay for or deliver the order. Without it, the Seller may be unable to enter into or perform the contract.

The Seller does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for the Customer.

The Seller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, protected connections, data minimisation and contractual requirements for processors.
