12. Are customs duties charged within the EU?
Standard shipments between Bulgaria and other EU member states are generally not subject to customs duties. Special territories may have different VAT or local tax procedures.

Yes. Interconnect shipments include insurance up to €450.
10. Is tracking included?
Yes. Customers receive a tracking number after dispatch. Delivery is completed against the recipient's signature.

Each product page contains information about availability. If the product is out of stock, you can subscribe to receive a notification when it is back in stock.
6. How do you ship orders within the European Union?
Yes. We offer tracked delivery to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.
The shipping price depends on the destination and the total packed weight of the order. Published European rates apply to parcels weighing up to 3 kg.
Shipping to the United States and Canada is currently unavailable.
For destinations outside Europe, shipping availability, price, carrier and estimated delivery time are confirmed individually before the order is processed.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is in its original packaging and has not been used.
Please provide the receipt.
The delivery cost for returning an item is at your expense.
4. How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

We deliver with courier companies Econt and Speedy.
For orders over EURO 500 – free delivery.
For orders under EURO 500 – price according to the courier's tariff.
Free delivery is valid only for Bulgaria.
